Purchased 2 laptops from this vendor that were listed as new. The battery wouldn't hold a charge on one of the laptops and the other laptop had scratches on the lid and the screen would blink out. Contacted Lenovo to see if they could help us since the seller listed the devices as new. Lenovo said both laptops were made in 2015 , activated in 2017 and any factory warranty had expired in 2019. Now trying to get a refund but getting nowhere with this seller. Dont waste your time with this vendor.

The laptop came quickly and works great, with original packaging, look like new no sign of use , the only detail is its color, the description said Silver but it is actually Rose Gold, have some problems with the mousepad but it could be because I update to Windows 11 Pro, otherwise I feel like it was a great purchase.
